Blackened Chicken Po’Boy

Blackened chicken thigh, pickle, mayo, shredded lettuce, tomato, onion, crystal hot sauce.

A po’boy (from poor boy), is a sandwich that originated in Louisiana around 100 years ago. Traditionally, it is made from meat, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mayo served on a French bread roll. While classic po’boy variations utilize regional protein such as roast beef, ham, or seafood, our take on this sandwich is built off juicy blackened chicken thighs. We add a kick of flavor with Crystal Hot Sauce, authentically crafted in New Orleans since 1923.

Beecher’s Tuna Melt

House made tuna salad, Beecher’s Flagship cheese, & dijon on como bread.

Around this town, one name reigns supreme when it comes to the world of cheese. For over 20 years, Beecher’s Handmade Cheese has been producing some of the most delicious and coveted cheese this side of the Atlantic ocean. We decided to use their most popular variety, the Beecher’s flagship, as the foundation of our new tuna melt. Combined with our house made tuna salad and a bit of dijon mustard on a toasted como bread, this elevated classic proves that when done right, simplicity just works.

Bacon Lettuce Avocado Tomato

Bacon, lettuce, avocado, tomato, & pesto mayo on griddled como bread.

It was once believed that the bacon, lettuce, and tomato was the pinnacle of the classic American sandwich. Popularized after end of WWII in the 1940’s, the American public loved the humble BLT. Then some visionary, far ahead of their time, added some avocado and the bar was raised forever. Our contribution to the evolution of this sandwich is pesto mayo. It’s a subtle change that adds just a bit of flavor without compromising the idea of a BLT – simply made with good ingredients.
