Snake River Korobuta Ham

Snake River Farms Kurobuta hams are carefully made using their traditional, time-proven methods. Each Kurobuta ham is bred from a 100% Berkshire hog raised in their network of small family farms.

Potato Sausage

An old family recipe, traditional Swedish Potatis Korv (potato sausage) is a holiday favorite.Now locally produced by Uli’s Famous Sausage.

Charcuterie Board

Find all the fixings for a crowd pleasing and eye catching charcuterie board in our markets. Including a large selection of gourmet cheeses, cured meats and unique spreads.

Seafood Department

We will be featuring fresh seafood including prawns, smoked salmon, traditional Swedish pickled herring and locally raised shellfish.
